About the role
As our Human Resources Executive you will take care of the people side of Tiber Lake: hiring the right people, getting them started well, and keeping records, contracts and visas in order under UAE labour law.
You will run hiring from the job post to the offer, prepare offer letters and employment contracts, look after visas, Emirates ID, work permits and health insurance, and support managers with reviews and employee relations.
This is a remote role. You need to be based in the UAE, and some government processes will need you there in person.
What you will do
- Manage hiring from the job post to the offer: screening, interviews and references
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and run onboarding
- Handle employment visas, Emirates ID, work permits and health insurance with the authorities
- Keep employee records, leave and attendance up to date, and provide the data for payroll
- Support managers with performance reviews and employee relations
- Keep our policies in line with UAE labour law
What you bring
- A degree in human resources, business administration or similar
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, including at least 2 years in the UAE
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE and visa processes
- Discreet and organised, good with people, with clear written English
- Based in the UAE
Nice to have

- CIPD or SHRM certification
