This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses our website or any AI system, agent or software that Tiber Lake LLC designs, builds or operates (“Systems”), including our clients and their staff. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our approach
We build AI to help businesses serve people better. We will not build or operate Systems for harmful, deceptive or unlawful purposes, and we ask everyone who uses what we build to do so responsibly.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Systems or our website to do any of the following.
Illegal or harmful activity
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or help or encourage others to do so.
- Commit fraud, run scams or phishing, or obtain money or information under false pretences.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse anyone, or promote violence, hatred or discrimination.
- Create, store or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Support terrorism, violent extremism or other serious crime.
Deception and impersonation
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection with them.
- Present an AI agent as a human, or deny that it is an AI when someone sincerely asks, where disclosure is required by law or where withholding it would mislead people.
- Clone or imitate the voice or likeness of a real person without their explicit, documented consent.
- Generate fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements.
Unwanted contact
- Make calls or send messages without the consent the law requires, or to people who have opted out.
- Breach telemarketing, anti-spam, do-not-call or call-recording rules, including UAE telemarketing regulations and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act where they apply.
- Record calls without the notices and consents the law requires.
Privacy and high-impact decisions
- Collect, use or disclose personal data without a lawful basis, or process sensitive data (such as health, biometric or financial data) without the safeguards the law requires.
- Carry out covert surveillance, or track people without their knowledge where the law requires that they be told.
- Use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example about credit, employment, housing, insurance or access to essential services) without meaningful human review and compliance with applicable law.
- Provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice through a System without appropriate professional oversight and disclosures.
Security and integrity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any System, account, data or network.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a System without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass safety measures, “jailbreak” a System, or extract confidential prompts, configurations, credentials or data.
- Introduce malware, or overload, disrupt or degrade any System or our website.
Intellectual property and platform rules
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Breach the terms and policies of third-party platforms that the Systems rely on, such as AI model providers, telephony carriers and messaging platforms, including WhatsApp Business policies.
3. Responsible deployment
When you deploy a System we have built, we recommend, and where the law requires it you must:
- tell people clearly when they are interacting with an AI system, including under laws such as Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) where it applies;
- give people an easy way to reach a human;
- monitor outputs and correct errors promptly; and
- keep the System’s knowledge sources accurate and up to date.
4. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate; remove or disable content or functionality; suspend or terminate Services under our Terms of Service; and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where practical, we will contact you first and give you the opportunity to put things right.
5. Reporting misuse
To report suspected misuse of a System we built or operate, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We take every report seriously.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as technology, laws and good practice evolve. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
